The continuous reform of comprehensive university and gigantic teacher education market in our country make cultivate teacher for junior and primary school a development strategy at present time in comprehensive university. The first—class course of comprehensive university shows its particular charming in the society transform of our country to teacher cultivate.Teacher cultivate institution in higher education in China has been for more than one century. It has formed by normal university, college and university. During this period, teacher cultivate in higher education in our country has gone circled through closing-teacher cultivate in higher education and opening-teacher cultivate in higher education. We have learned from Japan, the USA, the Soviet Union and institution self-creating one by one. Remembering the history of the teacher cultivate in university in our country will help us to improve the qualities of teacher cultivate in our country at present time.
