“A hundred years Plan,Education first,Education Plan,teacher oriented”,it is obvious that teachers are the foundation of education,and the specialization of teachers directly determines the height of education.Therefore,the professional development of teachers has become a topic of concern in education circles,and shortening the growth cycle has become an imperative task for contemporary young teachers.In addition,more and more comprehensive college graduates have joined the education industry,and they have different initial growth experiences from normal students.In the early stage of teaching,they have to face two difficulties: not only to improve their professional knowledge and ability,but also to improve the accumulation of educational theory knowledge,educational ability and educational concept,teachers' professional identity and so on.In order to provide a reference for high school mathematics teachers who graduated from a comprehensive university to teach in the early stage of teaching,it can shorten the growth cycle smoothly.Through the narration of my three years' teaching story and experience,this paper analyzes the narration of my teacher's professional growth,and at the same time,expounds the influencing factors of the teacher's professional growth and puts forward some suggestions.This paper completes the autobiographical educational narrative research.It is found that high school mathematics teachers graduated from comprehensive universities have their unique advantages in mathematics professional knowledge and mathematics education concept.The conclusion shows that the primary task in the early stage of his service is to establish the professional idea correctly and cultivate the teachers' ethics,to strengthen the study and practice of educational knowledge and mathematics teaching knowledge,to study and practice them in the field of professional knowledge,and to strengthen the study and practice of education knowledge and mathematics teaching knowledge in their professional knowledge.Improve professional ability in reflection;achieve professional growth of teachers in complementary;of course,professional growth of teachers can not be separated from the support of the outside world.On the basis of this,this paper puts forward six suggestions on how to train mathematics teachers in senior high schools after graduating from comprehensive universities,so that they can shorten the period of teachers' professional growth at the early stage of their service.
