Middle School Art Teacher From Teaching Practice Comprehensive Ability Cultivate

With the deepening of reform of the implementation of new curriculum standards and foundation of art education, art teacher’s ability to have higher requirements. This article is from the point of view of teaching practice and study how to develop a middle school art teacher capacity. The art teacher students and art teachers for the survey, to investigate their teaching practice situation. Problems for the Art Students’ Teaching Practice, the art teacher students training objectives, curriculum, teaching process, analyze, summarize what gaps Art Teachers students and teachers of-the-job. And then on how to fill this gap, the proposed measures and methods, analysis of middle school art teacher the ability to develop ways and specific methods of operation.The thesis is composed of three parts by the introduction, body, conclusion.The first part is the introduction section, introduces the research background, research objectives, methods, etc. described. The second part is the body part, one, two, three, four chapters:the first chapter of the Art Students’ Teaching practice situation survey and analysis of the problems in their teaching practice. The second chapter is mainly through the practice of teaching middle school art teacher comprehensive capacity survey and analysis of teaching ability in the post, and qualified art teachers the necessary capacity. The third chapter is by the above investigation, the art teacher education training goal, the curriculum, the teaching process to analyze the cultural status, as well as the gap of qualified teachers. Chapter Ⅳ is an important part of this article, mainly through the analysis of the above chapter, on how to bridge the gap between the art teacher students and qualified teachers, a number of measures and recommendations, and summed up the comprehensive capacity of the middle school art teacher by which aspects to develop the third part is the concluding part, summed up the importance of art teachers to enhance teaching ability.To promote students’ development of a diversified modern society, and teachers to strengthen their ability to adapt to the reform of basic education is particularly important. I hope this study, more experts and scholars are concerned about how to improve the art teacher capacity, and promote the development of basic education.
