The Study On The Present Situation Of The Normal Students' Professional Attitudes

Five -year system normal students ( normal students for short as follows) are thepeople on the way to the positions in the basic education. The quality of them willdirectly influence the quality and the development of the basic education. So it is veryimportant to cultivate their good professional quality. Good professional attitude is theessential Job accomplishment and this constitutes the steady psychological factor offorming professional behavioral tendency. The right positive professional attitudesmay have the significant value on the people's professional behavior. Therefore" cultivating right and positive professional attitudes is one task of schooling.In recent years, our scholars lay more emphasis on the research on theprofessional values of the college and high school students. But there is a littleresearch devoted to the professional attitude of the recent students in the teachers'school. As a primary teacher –to –be, he will has great responsibility and a long wayto go. Therefore the right Professional attitude makes the difference. This article is totend to discuss the situation of the recent students of the teachers' schools in thecombination of the methods of the Question--asking investigation and theory analysis.On the one hand, the author wish to improve their Professional attitude .on the otherhand, give the samples to gradually perfect the systems of the normal education in thecondition of the better recent education, also improve in the management ofeducational teaching and offer the first-hand material to cultivate the talents for theprimary education This test applies my designing professional attitudes' forms , studying sampleby selecting 300 students for 20 classes from the first year to the fifth year inYuncheng teachers' school , analyzing systematically those eligible forms .The article includes four aspects with an attempt to investigate the recentconditions of the normal students' professional attitudes, as follows: I, the wholesituation of the Professional attitude (the Professional cognition, the feeling reaction,the behavioral tendency);II, the situation of the male and female Professional attitude;III, the situation of the students in town and in the country. V: the situation of thestudents' Professional attitude for the first year and the fifth year. To the above, whatthis article applies is the way of my own Questions—asking Professional attitude, andthen some testing has been conducted. In the process statistical calculations have beendone according to the fixed mark. The results as follows: I, the recent students of theTeachers' school present such inassistant tendency (High understanding—Highemotion—low purpose ) II, the occupational attitudes of the male students present thegreat difference from the ones of the female students. III, the Professional attitude ofthe students in town different from in the country in some aspects. V, the Professionalattitude in some way of the first –year students is not more active than the ones of thefifth—year students.This article analyses the results, the causes of which: students' own factors,historical culture tradition as well as the bad consensus, and the factors of the schoolsinfluence the Professional attitude greatly. The final part of this article give certainimprovement and the Countermeasure of the schooling devoted to the recent situationand the causes of the present Professional attitude of the students in the normalschools.
