It is well known that the social man, as well a biological one, cannot live without communication, of course there is no exception with thejunior middle school students from cities. The personal communication mayaffect moral development of human beings.According to the survey, the communicative objects of junior middleschool students consist of the following main aspects: family, school andsociety. During the communication of junior middle school students,different communicative objects may cause different affections whichdepend on their own respective positions and different classes of aperson's communications. At the same time, the students will confrontnot only the progressive affections which push forward their moraldevelopment but also those negative ones confining their moraldevelopment. These elements can cause different affections because theyare confined by the morality, personality, behaviors and some otheroutside elements of the above three communicative objects. And meanwhile,they still have something to do with the students' own morality,psychology and other inner elements as well. So in order to reduce theside effect of junior middle school students' personal communicationagainst their moral development, family, society and school should workaltogether.At home, set the rules which can be obeyed by all the family membersand help the children to from proper hobbies and interest.At school, strengthen the effective results of moral education. Letteachers set good examples to students in their daily life;the headteacher of junior middle school students should pay more attention to forma good class rule to make sure each student can get progressive effectby following the good ones;and then by means of setting good examplesin the class, let the other students learn from the good examples moreactively in order to improve their own sense of value and want to be neckto neck with the good examples. Meanwhile, make sure the students knowclearly the moral meaning of setting good examples. Set the valueagreement and idol agreement at the same time;let the knowledge andsensibility put into practice at the same time, which are the basementof the foundation of belief. And then, by accelerating the students'knowledge about the basement of rules or values and the moral experience,finish the inner-change of the rules to form the moral beliefs. As a juniormiddle school student, it's also their obligation to form proper andcorrect value and moral theory according to the social development,strengthen the moral training and ability of resisting all kinds of lures,carry on the persuasion of psychology, get rid of psychological obstacles,learn to control their feelings and put themselves into the collectiveimprove their sense of self-respect in collective activities. Ifnecessary, they can ask the teacher for help and ask them to watch them.Junior middle school students are adolescent and not adults. They arethe future of a country and also the hope of a nation. Reducing the sideeffects of the junior middle school students' personal communicationagainst their moral development not only has something to do with thestudents themselves, their family and school, and furthermore it willaffect the future of a whole country and a nation. So family, school andsociety all have obligations to educate and protect the junior middleschool students from cities and try their best to reduce the bad effectswhich are not good for their moral development because of their personalcommunication.So far, there are quite a lot of surveys on the personal communicationof junior middle school students. But these surveys are mainly aimed atimproving the communicative ability of junior middle school students.Speaking of the affections of personal communication against the moraldevelopment, there is nearly 'none'. Suppose of we can research on thetheory, a new research field will be opened. In reality, because of thepoor ability of knowing and choosing and their strong imitate ability,junior middle school students are more easily affected by the negativeelements. So it's necessary to guide the junior middle school studentsin their daily life, which is also the obligation of each teacher andresearcher.
