The Experimental Study Of "Goal Teaching" In University Volleyball Teaching

The sport of volleyball is one of the important contents in the P.E and health curriculum. But the situation of the volleyball development in the university is unoptimistic, because it needs high skill, strict collective spirit and net confront with each other, with the university students'own physical limitation and the sports ability restriction, at the same time the less affection and participation for the volleyball sport, in the certain degree affect the popularization and development of the volleyball sport in the universities.Taken the modern education theory as a foundation, instructed by the theory of " the educational target taxology"put forward by Blume, the outstanding American educationist, guided by the mastering of the learning strategy and teaching appraisal, the goal teaching aims at the mastering the teaching aims for the great majority of the students, with concrete aim-controlled teaching activities, to improve the education quality greatly, with the renewed ideas, the methods of feedback and rectifications of errors, combined with different teaching and learning methods.Through utilizing "the goal teaching" in the ordinary university volleyball teaching, inheriting and absorbing the domestic and foreign colleagues' valuable experiences, connected with the reality of the university PE teaching, the article pays great attention to student's classroom responds. The researcher communicates frequently with the students on certain sports phenomena, and analyzes the reasons, emphasizes the students'psychological acceptance first, and then they have the possibility to change into practice, which obtained the confirmation in the teaching practice. In the technical teaching, the researcher sets the concrete goals for each period of the class, gives full play to the functions of guidance, encouragement and appraisal of the teaching aim, which enable the students to have a comprehensive understanding and cognition to the volleyball sport, to enhance the students'interest to study the sport, and then to achieve the practice ability and the comprehensive application of the learnt technology and skill.
