Inquiry On P.E Teachers' Education Under The Idea Of Teacher Professionalization In Our Country

Our country's pedagogical education was supporting the biggest scale elementary education for more than one hundred years in the development of the world, which has formed the quietly perfect higher-level pedagogic education system. However, as a whole, the educational system of the present P.E teachers in our country was still basic characteristic of independent and directed type. For decades, the kind of system played an important role in cultivating large numbers of sports teachers, ensuring and promoting our country's development of elementary education. But along with various social demand of education, the traditional education pattern of P.E teachers has not adapted to the current international pattern—the exoteric, specialized, integrated, and multiplex development tendency, and the elementary education reform requests for the P.E teachers education. At present, our higher-level pedagogic education system is basically a close and directional type and mainly on a terminative educational pattern. Therefore, the cultivation of P.E teachers in our country also have the limitations in the incumbency ex-stage and educational background education to a large extent, the training career of P.E teachers after the job has not be attached great importance to us. The educational system of P.E teachers has serious disadvantages, and the cultivation process of P.E teachers is separated. They has become the bottleneck that the current sports education reforms and develops to a large extent.
