The basis of the human's develoment is education, while the key to develop and improve the educational quality is the teachers. As the main base for training the future teachers—Normal Universities, which have responsibility and obligation to improve the teacher' education, while the design of the teachers' educational curriculum is the key to improve the teachers' education. Since the 20th century, the sense of the teachers' professionalization has become a kind of trend or movement in the world, and it has become the direction and indicator of most countries all over the world to reform and develop the teachers' education, including our country. Therefore, the design of the teachers' educational curriculum can reflect the characteristic and the trend of the development of the educational professionalization. The reform of the teachers' educational curriculum is the aim of the teachers' prifessionalization and decide the main factors of the teachers' professionalization.The thesis will take the teachers' professionalization as background, which will analyze the design of the teachers' educational curriculum about Normal Universities in our country. We compare the design of the teachers' educational curriculum in our country with that in foreign countries, so that we can find out the shortages. We can work out a kind of the curriculum system of teachers' educational which is reasonable, better and can adapt itself to the development of the teachers' professionalization.The thesis takes documentary analysis method, contrast method, historical study method,case analysis method ect, and it puts forward the designed plan of the teachers' educational curriculum which suits the condition of our country.The basic structures of the research are: For the first part, we mainly discuss "the problem of the teachers' educational curriculum in our country when we take the teachers' professionalization as background", through analyzing the present situation and the characteristic of the teachers' professionalization, we put forward some demands about the design of the teachers' educational curriculum when we use the teachers' professionalization: The design of the teachers' educational curriculum should reflect the level of the teachers' professionalization, which can promote the development of the teachers' professionalization and The design of the teachers' educational curriculum can improve the teachers' proffesional quality, and can stress the teachers' proffesional feature. We take Shaanxi Normal university ,Bijing Normal University, Capital Normal University and Yunnan Normal University as exampie. We analyze the status, structure and content of these four Normal Universities, so we can conclude that there are some advantages and disadvantages which exsist in the design of the teachers' educational curriculum of Normal Universities in our country. In order to make the teachers' educational curriculum promote the development of the teachers' professionalization, and to make it become better and mature, we should consider the present and further development need in our country, and we should use the advantages and the success experience of the teachers'educational curriculum in Normal universities of the developed countries for reference to make the teachers'educational curriculum better in our country. So in the second part, the author first analyze the design of the teachers' educational curriculum in forgeign countries, and then the author concludes that there are some advantages and disadvantages which exist in the developed contries. On the basis, we can analyze the present and further development need of the teachers'education in our country. We consider the sense of the design of the teachers' educational curriculum to be better in our country from these two sides.For the fouth part, according to discuss the design of the teachers' educational curriculum in foreign countries, and the present and the further development need of the teachers' education in our country, we work out the curriculum system of the teachers' education which suits the condition of our country and the development of the teachers' professionalization.
