In today's society, professionalization of teacher education has become the very important time topic which the people pay attention to. According to the requirements about the development of professionalization of teacher education, it will be important for present teachers'education development of positive significance by teacher education reform strength propulsion especially teacher education curriculum reform and adjustment. In view of the above, formulating the specialization of teacher education curriculum standard which conform to the requirements of the development of teacher education and building new teacher education curriculum system become the important ways coping to the reform.Since long, teacher education curriculum system prominent appearances a series of questions such as curriculum structure ossification, curriculum system seal, out-of-date contents, separated knowledge from the practice and so on. We must realize that our country teacher education curriculum reform is imperative. Teachers' professional standard and teacher education curriculum standards should be intercoordinate. Improve teachers'quality and level according to teacher education curriculum reform; at the other hand, through the teachers'professional standard eagerly anticipates the teacher education curriculum reform to push on the teacher education reform together.Teacher education curriculum standard system provide the teacher education institution basic framework of curriculum provision, content scope, application method and request. It makes programmatic stipulation on teacher education curriculum content, curriculum structure, curriculum evaluation and so on. Profits from the developed countries for reference in teacher education specialized curriculum development path of success, this paper mainly carry on the preliminary exploration on the construction of teacher education specialized curriculum standard system in the supported by Teachers'professional development theory, Modern curriculum theory and Teacher education quality theory. According to the principle of curriculum standards established, it constructs to supply separately possible reference standard from curriculum goal, curriculum structure, curriculum content, curriculum implementation and curriculum evaluation. Specially proposed in the course evaluation standard construction it introduces the ISO quality specification system by qualified teacher's system----Teacher Qualifications Authentication System as system safeguard.To construct our country's teacher education curriculum standard needs to consider the special nature of teacher education.Then it needs organically unify discipline special curriculum, education discipline special curriculum, ordinary cultural knowledge curriculum,education skill-based curriculum and education practice curriculum together; On the other hand, determines each kind of curriculum basic structure, content, study period arrangement weight proportion and etc according to the standard raise goal.It chooses the appropriate implement strategy of teacher education curriculum. Finally it takes the support by the perfect course evaluation system to train the high grade qualified teacher through the qualified teacher qualifications authentication's system for our country elementary education and the vocational education.
