The basic duty of chemistry teaching in junior middle school is to enhance student's scientific accomplishment as a primary intention. As an important part of course reformation system engineering, the aim of teaching reformation is to solve the key problem in which the teacher teaches hardly and the student learns laboriously. The best way to solve this key problem is to let the teacher has the idea of effective teaching and grasp the effective teaching strategy. The effective teaching aims at improving the progress and development of all the students. The effective teaching strategy provides the concrete operation for teacher to achieve the teaching goal. This paper discussed the choosing and implementing of teaching effective teaching strategy on the lesson "the carbon dioxide nature".There are four parts in this paper. The first part is to raise questions. In this part, the teaching status quo and the problem existed in current "the carbon dioxide nature" is analyzed preliminary. The vital significance is elaborated from two aspects that the teacher should enrich the teaching idea, grasp the teaching strategy. The second part is fundamental research. In this part the definition, standard, theory of effective teaching and the meaning, choice and evaluating warrant are described separately. In the third part, the effect of implementation of effective teaching strategy on "the carbon dioxide nature" is proved in practice through the design, observation, reconsidering of concrete course content. The fourth part is the research conclusion that the chemical education worker should try their best to pursue effective teaching.This paper discussed the necessity, importance, feasibility of chemistry effective teaching in junior high school. Through the study on the problem existed in the concrete teaching case. The beneficial discovery and help for teacher was achieved on the transformation of teaching idea and the grasp of the effective teaching strategy .
