IT curriculum development and IT teachers are a unit of reference. The active andcreative activities of IT teachers are indispensably to implement and development curriculum,especially when the curriculum itself is not perfect. To be clear about teachers' expectationswill make the curriculum policies carry out smoothly and successfully. Also it is good forsupport at school levels and interactive development of IT teachers and IT curriculum.Psychological Contract is the theory of organization_behavior and managementpsychology. Compared to economical contract, psychological contract is informal but trulyexist. It focuses on people' subjective desirability and truly psychological needs. It is aboutour imagination of others. From the theory of psychological contract, we get a new angle ofview to study the questions of IT teachers and IT curriculum. This dissertation mainly studiesthe expectations between IT teachers and schools , based on the theory of psychologycontract. The purpose is to construct the favorable contract content of IT teachers and makeclear of the direction of further endeavors. Main conclusions are as follows.1. Psychology contract of IT teachers has two aspects: one is the contract centered onschools' expectations of teachers including five factors such as fostering students'information literacy, instructing IT implications, developing curriculum, perfecting oneselfand nicer occupational morality. The other is the contract focusing on teachers' expectation ofthe school authority also including five factors suchas perfecting informational environment, supporting teachers' professional development,nicer informational culture, institutional ensurence of curriculum development andrecognition of equity and value.2. The factors of background and policies have important influences upon IT teachers'psychological contract. Background factors include gender, working time, school sort and theinformational culture of schools. Policies factors include curriculum reform in primary andsecondary schools and relevant area policies of IT curriculum.3. The dissertation puts forward four strategies for constructions of psychology contract:setting up technological vision to direct professional development of IT teachers;setting upshared vision to strengthen management of IT teachers' career;setting up promotingmechanism to standardize IT teachers' encouragement;setting up dynamic management todevelop IT teachers' confidence on school.
