At present, the level of mental health of teenagers in our country is decreasing year by year,the country is becoming gradually realize that the importance of mental health education on teenagers. But at present, the national policy, social public, and the academic research’ attention on the psychological teacher troop which is closely related to the young people’s psychological health is not commensurate with the cognition to the importance of the mental health. So far,psychological teachers’ team is still a vulnerable group; the community generally believes that psychological teachers are a dispensable position.The role of teachers’ professional identity is an intrinsic property of acceptance that how teachers perceive this profession professional value, and realize how much profession of teachers among profession value, himself and occupational role can bring their satisfaction. Therefore, it is necessary to carry on the thorough research to the professional identity of the primary and middle school teachers. Previous studies have shown that different teachers have different professional identity, and it has a relationship in any two of psychological contract, job satisfaction and career identity, but it is lack of integration of the relationship among the three. Therefore, it is necessary to explore the current situation and relationship of psychological contract, job satisfaction and professional identity of primary and middle school teachers. This research attempts to explore the status of psychological contract, job satisfaction and professional identity of primary and middle school psychological teachers by questionnaire survey method, to clear and definite the demographic variables.This research adopts the teachers’ psychological contract scale compiled by cheng-jie Wang,the teacher job satisfaction scale compiled by Feng Bolin and the elements of primary and secondary school teachers’ professional identity and measuring three scale compiled by leaf, to study present situation and the relationship among psychological contract, job satisfaction and career identity of psychological teachers for primary and secondary schools. This study consists of two parts: first, verifying the three scales’ applicability of the psychological contract, job satisfaction and career identity of the elementary and high school teachers of psychological testing.Study chose 204 psychological teachers of primary and secondary school as the research object in Hunan and Anhui province which found it has a good reliability and validity of three scale. So three scale also applies to the psychological primary and secondary school teachers; Study two,present situation and relationship research. The study chose 204 psychological teachers and 159teachers’ from other subjects of primary and secondary schools in Hunan and Anhui province as the research object. System analysis the current situation and demographic variables of teachers’ psychological contract, job satisfaction and professional identity, compared the differences between psychological teachers and the teachers in other subjects, and to studied relationship among the three variables. Through the statistical methods such as descriptive statistics,independent sample t test and F test, correlation analysis and regression analysis and supplemented by interviews, the study has obtain the following results:(1) Psychological contract scale, teachers’ job satisfaction scale and teachers’ professional identity scale is applicable on the primary and secondary school psychological teachers with a high internal consistency reliability, split-half reliability and structural validity;(2) The level of psychological contract of psychological teachers of primary and secondary school has an average level on the whole. The demographic variables of whether for administrative work, whether open psychological courses, whether get cooperation from other classroom teachers, whether interested in a career change, the degree of school attach importance to mental work, number of training, and wage level has a significant influence in one or more dimensions has a significant influence of one or more dimensions;(3) The level of job satisfaction of psychological teachers of primary and secondary school has an average level on the whole. The demographic variables of gender, whether for administrative work, whether authorized strength, whether open psychological courses, whether get cooperation from other classroom teachers, whether interested in a career change, the degree of school attach importance to mental work, and number of training has a significant influence of one or more dimensions;(4) The level of professional identity of psychological teachers of primary and secondary school has an average level on the whole. The demographic variables of gender, whether for administrative work, whether authorized strength, whether open psychological courses, whether interested in a career change, the wage level has a significant influence of one or more dimensions;(5) The psychological teachers of primary and secondary school has significantly higher level than other subjects teachers on school reality responsibility, school development responsibility and psychological contract average total score of psychological contract variable.And has a significantly higher level than other subjects teachers on working strength, leadership and job satisfaction average total score of job satisfaction variable, but it is significantly lower than other classroom teachers on self-realization dimension; In professional identity of profession variable, psychological teachers’ pride and self-esteem is significantly higher than other classroom teacher, but significantly lower than other classroom teachers on the vocational value dimension score;(6) There is a significant relationship among psychological contract, job satisfaction and career identity of psychological teachers of primary and secondary school. Psychological contract and job satisfaction can significant forward predict professional identity;(7) The job satisfaction of psychological teachers has not only professional effect on professional identity, but also has an indirectly effect on it. Job satisfaction is a mediator variable of psychological contract and professional identity.
