2019 is the "year of burden reduction at the grassroots level",and there are more and more voices calling for it.Reducing the burden means reducing the unreasonable and unnecessary burden.Before carrying out reducing the burden,we should clarify the reasonable burden and the unreasonable burden,and provide a reasonable value basis for reducing the burden.In recent years,there are many articles calling for reducing the burden of teachers.What should we do about the burden of teachers? This paper comes from such thinking and puts forward research questions.Nowadays,teachers' work overload has become a common phenomenon,which reflects that there are many irrationalities in Teachers' work,and it is not conducive to teachers' professional development.From the perspective of teachers' professional development,to study the work load of young teachers in urban primary schools can help to establish a reasonable value standard of teachers' work load in this study,and also provide a richer theoretical basis for the construction of teachers' professional development theory,which has far-reaching significance in promoting teachers' professional development and reducing their work burden.In order to analyze the current situation and problems of the work load of young teachers in urban primary schools,and to explore the standards and strategies to rationalize the work load of young teachers,this study mainly uses qualitative research methods.First of all,through the collection of the relevant literature on Teachers' professional development and work load,we can fully understand the depth and breadth of the research on Teachers' work load at home and abroad;secondly,combined with the investigation,we can summarize the overall situation of the work of young teachers inurban primary schools,analyze the rationality problems in the current situation,and put forward the fact that the work load of teachers is unreasonable and the value is unreasonable In the end,it puts forward the rationality standard-"what is it" for the purpose of promoting teachers' professional development,and how to realize the standard-"how to do".In view of this,this study puts forward the reasonable standards and implementation strategies of teachers' workload.The standard of rationality is analyzed from two angles of "quantity" and "quality" : on the one hand,from the angle of quantity,it is proposed to treat the characteristics of teachers' work load rationally and to grasp the importance of "degree";on the other hand,from the angle of quality,according to the irrationality of value,it puts forward professional standards,developmental standards and humanistic standards.Finally,through the reasonable and practical implementation strategy,the rationalization of the structure of teachers' workload can be realized.It provides a certain basis for the society,educational administrative institutions,school administrators and teachers themselves to understand and understand the teacher's work burden,provides a certain reference for promoting the professional development of teachers and reducing the teacher's burden,and has a very important significance for the construction of a reasonable work burden system for young teachers.
