This education emphasizes teachers in common schools give students permanent effective influence. It is thus clear that quality education has to depend on a high quality teacher group.Teachers in common schools are most week part of teacher group for a variety of historical factors. Quality education establishes an advantageous environment for their growing up as well as poses a variety of challenges. Finally, reveal the gaps between the reality and the hope of quality education to the art teachers, analyze the reasons and searches after measures to solve them, and also explore ways which can make the art teachers be developed continuously. I hope we have an overall recognition through my whole study, expect the art teachers can foster talented persons who have high quality for the progress of society and the prosperity of our nation.
