Teacher Profession Development has been becoming the top problem in allcountries' education now and in the future. Teacher Profession promoted by educationpractice is also an important subject filling with great significance. Teacher ProfessionDevelopment not only concludes the changing process teachers experienced butpromoting styles teachers' procession developed. The changing process aims to fosterand improve teachers' internal diathesis, and promoting styles teachers' processionaims at training better on teachers' developing and professional maturity.This essay mainly study on Senior Chinese teachers under three of school ages inHuizhou City using questionnaires research and interview research.
