The hope of revitalizing the nation is education.Teachers are the backbone of Chinese education development,they are shouldering the national trust,carrying the hope of the country,affecting the healthy growth of each student.Physical education to be part of education,it plays an important role in the process of talents cultivating.The continuous development of education need the development of physical education,and the development of physical education depends on teachers professional development.Therefore,it is necessary to constantly strengthen and improve the professional ability of professional quality for physical education teachers.PE teachers in primary and middle school is the main force of physical education,the level of their business and professional ability will have a significant influence on physical education,therefore,it is necessary to put forward higher requirements for the development of education on the professional development of PE teachers.From entry to retirement,PE teachers will go through the pre-preparation period,entry adaptation period,stable development period,slow retreat period several occupation career stages,and each stage the PE Teachers' professional development,professional attitude towards the idea of development,professional development goals are not the same.This article from the unique characteristics that physical education teachers have and combined the teachers' professional development cycle theory,literature,questionnaires,investigation,statistical is used,analyzed the dynamic process and the stage of professional development of PE teachers.Finally,two suggestions were proposed from organizational behavior and personal behavior for the professional development of physical education teachers.(1)The knowledge structure of sports teachers in Suzhou is good,the sports professional knowledge is the best.(2)Most of the PE teachers in Suzhou have a high teaching ability,but at the same time,their scientific research ability is relatively poor.According to the survey,the young PE Teachers whose education degree higher shows stronger ability of scientific research.(3)The majority of the PE teachers occupation attitude is well,and most of the respondents expressed their deep love for PE teachers,but at the same time,there are few sports teachers hold the idea of "sports teachers' work to support his family only".Teachers in different age and gender showed significant differences on the occupation identity,there are no significant differences in seniority.(4)Self professional development consciousness of PE teachers in Suzhou city is relatively strong,and their willingness to participate in professional training is strong as well,but their degree of satisfaction on training effect is relatively low.The primary and middle schools in Su Zhou pay great attention to sports teachers' professional development,and most of the training is based on a series of public lecture by experts and demonstration class,supplemented by other means.(5)Factors affecting the professional development of PE teachers can be divided into two types,internal and external factors included.The internal factors include teachers' occupation ethics,needs and motivations,business competence,self-reflective ability,personal economic status;external factors include evaluation mechanism and title appraisal system,appointment system,the school conditions and the attention paid by leaders,the benefits of teachers and the teacher seniority.According to the study,it is feasible to promote the young teachers' professional development from organizational behavior and individual behavior.In addition,it is necessary to establish the evaluation mechanism of teachers' professional development,perfect title appraisal system,improve the teaching evaluation system and focus on the diversity and comprehensive evaluation of physical education.
