For more than 80 years'experience, the Educational Technology (abbreviated as ET) has evolved to be special practice field, which solves the problem in instruction practicing by ET. And now it has become a major, a subject, Educational Technology Subject. ET, as a new subject in the cross-domain of Pedagogy and the Info-Science, with the rapid development of information technology, steps into an unprecedented rapid development phase. At present, China ET's theoretical studies have become systematized and standardized. With the proposing of the concept, integration of information technology and curriculum, and the urgent needs of teaching reforms, the setup of ET subject has been increased from dozens to more than hundreds. As coming into the 21st century, the change of external environment and other factors such as the employment pressure make the students behaving diverse learning states, showing some new features and trends. Thereby it's necessary to have deep analysis and research into the factors that affecting ET students' learning dynamics.Using psychological researching methods and theories, by researching into the questionnaire of learning dynamics of ET students, this paper, from multidimensional angles, carries on the following research about something affecting the ET students'learning dynamics in high school: the ET development and the features and trends of students'learning statement, the analysis of factors affecting the ET students'learning dynamics in China, the construct of systematic map of the students'learning dynamics, and the proposal on improving the students'learning dynamics.The text is in hopes of making up the theoretic researching lacuna of applying the students'learning dynamics system to the ET subject, of further improving the learning dynamics of ET students, of promoting the subject's development, of laying the theory foundation for providing more appropriate learning space, of providing a certain suggestion and reference for establishing policy for the ET subject norm.
