Promote The Learning Society Of Science And Technology Motivation Mechanism

In 90's 20 century, a wave of building learning society was raised in the the world. First, America announced to be built a learning society, then, Japan, Singapore etc. also joined in this trend. In the project of building a well-off society in an all-round way put forward in the Report of the 16th Party's Conference, we also delivered the goal that "A learning society in which all the people will learn or even pursue life-long education will emerge to boost their all-round development". Today, all kinds of learning organizations such as learning cities(example for Beijing ,Changzhou atc), learning governments and learning enterprises(example for Haier, Leveno etc.) are in the ascendant on the divine land of China.Learning society is a development and improvement of the society shape and the management idea on human society, moreover, it is an inevitable tendency of the development of human society, so, how to understand, treat and build learning society becomes an important topic facing humankind. With sociological methods and starting from the effect put on the society by the development of science and technology, this article analyses the dynamic mechanism promoting the formation of learning society, and then by building models of scientific and technical dynamic mechanism, this article visualizedly analyses the mechanism how science and technology promote the formation of learning society, in the end, from the perspective of scientific and technical dynamics, this article points out how humankind should understand, treat and build learning society. Through the analysises above, we provides humankind a scientific view angle of how to understand the formation and meanings of learning society, so as to provides theoretical direction for building a learning society.The whole article can be divided into four parts. The first part discusses the correlative concepts and the status quo of the development of the theory on learning society, and points out the meanings of the learning society on the development of humankind. Learning society is based on the idea of "learning" differ from previous ones, and life-long education and learning organization are the bases of learning society. Learning society's meanings on humankind is that it is the development and improvement of the society shape and the management idea on human society.The second part discusses how science and technology effect and promote society into learning society detailedly by sociological ways. Innovation of science and technology make human's society knowledge society, and knowledge economy has become the main economic form, and still the production, distribution and use of knowledge have become the main producing and living way of humankind, so, the rapidincrease of knowledge on science and technology and the quick development of knowledge economy demand the change of traditional ideas on education and learning, and in turn, life-long education and life-long learning become the necessity of the development of society. With the promotion of science and technology and the development of life-long education and life-long learning, learning organization appears.The third part builds models of learning force as well as driving force of science and technology. Learning society may be abstracted as social innovation system, life-long education system and social runing system.
