Research On Actuality And Countermeasure Of Establishing High-leveled Track Team In Colleges Of Our Country

With the applying of open and reform policy, the focus of Chinese development shifts to economy. Our policy of economy construction changed from the planned economy to market economy. The changes of social environment and people's traditional thought have broken the mode of physical education system formed since our country was founded. So it influences the selection, concentration, government and even the source of economy. Establishing high-leveled track teams is a new way to explore Chinese physical education. The establishment of high-leveled track teams in colleges has been an important strategic measure to bring up excellent physical talents. In present stage, how to improve and develop high-leveled track teams in colleges, and make them develop in a positive, standardizing and ordered way, is a very important issue. We have made elementary progress in high-leveled track teams, and in this instance, we give retrospections and rethinking about the development of high-leveled track teams in colleges of our country, and open out the problems and put forward the countermeasure and reform suggestions to its development. Furthermore, this article provides a theoretical preparation for exploring a new mode to high-leveled track teams in colleges, which is more suitable to our country.Using the methods of literature and data, interviewing the experts, questionnaire, statistical and logical analysis, this article makes a deep research and systematical analysis the present development about high-leveled track teams in colleges, and it gives the following conclusions:1. The general development of the high-leveled track teams in colleges is imbalance. The sources of high-leveled track athletes are diversified, and their present situation is not so optimistic but much better than other kinds of college students. The level of high-leveled track athletes is higher in general. And their views of value are healthy. From the view of searching jobs, most of them pay much attention about the development of future career.2. The coaches of high-leveled track team in colleges are balanced in their ages generally, but the proportion of those with high educational level is lower. Most of them are experienced in the practice of teaching but are inexperienced in the practice for great matches. The coaches of high-leveled track team are also lack of operation training. The training classes have lots of problems, such as the training time is little; the contents are not pertinence and not paying attention to training the ability.3. At present, the management of high-leveled track team in colleges is still a kind of high centralization of power in two forms of two-class management and three-class management. High-leveled track teams can be divided in two four-operation modes, including the combine of colleges, the system of club, the cooperation of colleges and companies and the manage of college itself.4. At present, the training systems of high-leveled track team in colleges are mainly composed of three forms: the comprehensive system, the fetching in system, the college-center system.
