Its early function of inspection is mainly inspection the education situation of the government. During the long developing and changing, the educational inspection of every country make "Inspecting School" as their basic task. It circles the development of education, lays emphasis on the purpose of improving the educational efficiency and quality. Though educational inspection system started later, it has made great development and great result since it was rebuilt in 1986.Educational inspection has become a basic educational system. It is based on getting in the advanced experience of foreign educational inspection. It carried out "Inspecting Government" creatively according to our national situation, that is making the lower government educational work as its task, carrying on the educational inspection, direction and according to the law. "Inspecting Government" is a special history mission in new period educational inspection, it shows the Chinese Characteristic educational inspection system. "Inspecting Government" plays an important part in emphasizing education by government, creating good condition for educational development, ensuring the whole education, the base and the advance. But, because of the short time after we rebuilt our educational inspection system, especially according to the rules of 《Educational Law》, every classic government has shortcomings in strict carrying out governing by law, obeying educational law.
