Individual sociality is psychological characteristics which form in the process that individual live in the society and associate with others on the foundation of inheritance. Children's social development is the important factor of development. Kindergarten teachers the effect of teachers which mainly throw teacher-children interactions is an important factor among the influence of children's social development. Teacher-children interactions is a mutual communication process, however, teachers who stand leader status still determinate the feature and direction of interaction. Thus, it's significant of study the relationships between teachers' behaviors in teacher-children interactions and children society development. Firstly, this study verified the theory of influence factor of children's social development. Secondly, it can supply a concrete evidence to improve the teacher-children interactions' quality and promote the children social development. Thirdly, in the view of the study of teachers' quality, it is a main way to survey on the characteristic of teachers' behavior and the relationship with other variable.In the first step, we established ''Questionnaire on Kindergartenteacher Interaction''' based on the Leary's "Interpersonal Communication ModeV and the different version of "Questionnaire on Teacher Interaction", then by two times prior test, formulated the formal questionnaire, which have a good reliability and validity. Secondly, we distribute questionnaires to 750 children in 49 classes, including 13 elementary classes, 13 medium classes and 23 senior classes. Teachers and parents fill in "Questionnaire on Kindergarten Teacher Interaction" and "Questionnaire on 4-7 children's social development" respectively. Finally, using statistics analyze, we conclude the findings:1. CFA shows that the data fits the Leary's Interpersonal Communication Model very well.2. The social development of children in Taiyuan is superior, girls are better than boys.3.Teachers' Interpersonal Behaviors is influenced by teachers' educational experience ,class environment and cultural environment of the school. We classify teachers into three types: cooperative teachers, antagonistic teachers and strict teachers.4. The interpersonal behaviors of assistant teachers are identical with primary teachers, but primary teachers' behaviors still have determinative effect on children's social development.5. The cooperative teachers are most benefit for children's social development, and then are antagonism teachers and strict teachers are the worst. Leadership, helping/friendly and understanding are advantageous, uncertain, dissatisfied and strict are disadvantageous.
