| University, engageing in the production, dissemination and application of knowledge, is one of the main producers of the academic information. The university should create the conditions to prove university teacher' s information competence, make teacher can meeting the challenge following technology development. This thesis introduce knowledge management theory and tools to cultivation research of university teachers information competence. The theory of knowledge management and information management tools it contributes to promoting the knowledge and information exchange and share among teachers and students. It will make the university become important position to creat knowledge and convey knowledge. The text is on the basis of investigating about university teacher's information competence and the answer of questionnaires, introduces the management theory of knowledge and tools according to the current situation and existing problem, constructs cultivation model of university teacher's information competence, and puts forward the method and way by training.The first part explains the research background, status quo, research purpose, significance and methods of the research.On the basis of documents analysis, the second part studies the development of the theory of KM. First it analyzes theory of KM, then puts forward the value and significance in the educational field of KM.The third part studies and discusses KM on teachers, it explains the connection between teachers with information management from three aspects emphatically. The first aspect analysis the individual learning and team learning of teachers, and puts forward team learning is the important means of teachers to spreading or exchanging information. The second aspect deals with the relation between the information technology and information management, and analyzes the application of information technology offers technical support for realization of teacher's information management. The third aspect points out KM of university teachers will not only improve the level of teacher's information competence, but also realize communicating and innovating of teacher's experience. Aiming at defining and analyzing the concept of information competence, the thesis at the fourth part consults some relevant standards, then adopts interviews and questionnaires to investigate status quo of university teachers, puts forward the present problems and difficulties finally.The thesis tries to construct a model of information management tool, digitized environment and harmonious learning community to cultivating university teacher' s information competence at fifth part. Meanwhile, it gives some methods and ways to cultivate information competence.The sixth part is a summary. In this part, the author summarize the achievement made of the thesis briefly, points out the achievements and deficiencies of the thesis ,and states the direction further. |
