Classroom order is an important aspect of classroom management for teachers. Good classroom order can improve efficiency of classroom teaching and make teachers and students share the pleasure of possessing knowledge in the harmonious atmosphere. But traditional classroom order is short of interaction between teachers and students, which is characterized by teachers' "monologue" and students' listening silently. The classroom of doctrinal instruction makes students indrawn, passive, lack of creativeness and oppresses students' desire of self-expression.The New Elementary Education Curriculum Reform (abbreviated to New Curriculum Reform) has been initiated in China in 2001. Aiming to drawbacks of education in operation, the New Curriculum Reform posed some basic ideas such as turning teachers' authoritative role, changing students' learning ways, and concerning each student, etc. These ideas cause a shock to the traditional classroom order. A vivid situation of interacting between teachers and students and partaking equally appeared in the class of the initial experimental districts, besides, students' learning ways gradually diversified, teachers' authoritative status changed, gaps between teachers and students reduced. Up to now, the New Curriculum Reform has been carried out for four years, after being trained a lot, whether teachers have set up the new classroom order with the ideas of the New Curriculum Reform? Through questionnaire and classroom observation, the writer chose three primary schools to study whether classroom order has changed substantively from six aspects such as classroom rule, classroom control, questioning and answering, classroom action, emotion communication between teachers and students, and interaction among students. The result from the classroom observation and the interview is that new classroom order under the view of new curriculum reform has not completely been found, It can be explained that teachers' chief role is changing to cooperative and companion one; class instruction mainly embodies teachers' lecture, interaction between teachers and students needs to be strengthened, and interaction among students is improved; wide attention should be paid to individual; in class-teacher's class, class order is better; great difference exists between open class and common class. Then I discuss the question from students individual attention; students' learning mode; teachers' behavior of disposing problems; teachers' interior factors and other exterior factors etc.
