The Selection Of Strategies On The Socialization Of University Rear Service

As an important revolutionary part of University system, University rear service has made a great progress in decades of exploration. But with the further development, University rear management systems and patterns have gradually blocked its progress. This article has thoroughly analyzed the revolutionary process of socialization, interpreted the situation, evaluated its efficiency and repositioned its aim. As a result, we have put forward the strategic conception executed by body corporate.The article is divided into 3 parts:The first section summarizes the socialization of University rear service and modifies the goals of rear service.First of all,It analyzes the defects embedded in the traditional University rear service, such as: repetitive construction, resource waste, low efficiency. We also retrospect the two main phases in socialization of university rear service, elaborate the existing problems and developing tendency. With the establishment of the socialistic market economy, the environment for the university rear service has radically altered.
