Logistics administration is an important composing part of educational administration inuniversities. With the establishment of the socialistic market economy, the previous logisticmodel of administration has become one of the constraints to the development of highereducation. This paper analyses the realistic significance of the socialization of logistics inuniversities, adopting the methods of literature review, qualitative study and action study. Itelaborates the contents, features and principles of the socialization of logistics in universities.By a review of past and present situations, the paper analyses the difficulties and their causesin the socialization of logistics in universities, pointing out that the government anduniversities should play a leading role in the socialization of logistics, hence improve thequality of the logistic enterprises to set up the system of trinity and modern organizations. Inso doing, it is guaranteed to carry out the reform of socialization in universities. On the basisof such analyses, the author puts forward his views of setting up an academic logistics inuniversities.
