Classroom management has been the most intractable problem of the teachers and it is also the most time consuming and energy job. How to organize and manage our classroom is becoming an austere challenge for many teachers. However, the efficient classroom management often forms the foundation and precondition of impactful teaching. As is called: "Management grows out of benefit and management promotes quality". In teaching practice, generally teachers easily gain basic knowledge and experience about processing and dealing with the teaching contents, but they are lack of relative practical experience and efficient techniques of classroom teaching management, and they can only manage their classroom with the management ideas and methods from what they have learned for the books, which results in orderliness, contradiction conflict between teachers and students and even causes nervous and depressed classroom atmosphere, therefore aggravates the teaching pressure of teachers and mentality burden of the students' study, and has a serious effect on the teaching purposes. As is known, in efficiency investigate some teachers indicate that the success and failure of teaching depends on teachers' classroom teaching management ability. So classroom teaching management ability is not a trivial matter in teaching and holds the balance. A teacher lack of classroom teaching management techniques can't make great progress in teaching. But, make a comprehensive view on nowadays research, we find that most of the research is about classroom teaching management while there is little research about teachers' classroom teaching management ability.
