Classroom teaching time is an important resource for students to learn and grow.In Junior middle school,the students entered the critical period of growth,on the one hand,they need to keep learning the cultural science of basic knowledge and skills,on the other hand,they began to have a strong sense of personality.In order to enable students to get comprehensive and personalized development,junior high school teachers must grasp the classroom teaching time.Through the scientific and reasonable management of classroom teaching time to improve students' learning effect,enhance their awareness of time management,guide students to carry out a healthy and reasonable learning life.At the same time,the management of classroom teaching time also plays a positive role in teachers' professional development and personal life.This research mainly adopts literature research method,questionnaire method and non-participants observation method.From the perspective of the literature review,the author respectively from two aspects of both at home and abroad studies the classroom teaching time management of predecessors,and is summarized and analyzed,which identified the concepts and characteristics of classroom time management.Besides,the author designed the junior middle school teachers' classroom teaching time management questionnaire and middle school teachers' classroom teaching time management record chart.A junior high school of the nine-year system of ethnic schools as the object of investigation carried out the survey in Guilin.The results show that the overall level of middle school teachers is higher in the classroom teaching time management,with a high sense of efficiency and value of classroom teaching time,but the ability of classroom teaching time monitoring needs to be improved.Especially in the classroom teaching time planning and feedback of the mean score is low.The main factors affecting the classroom teaching time management of junior middle school teachers are teachers' professional level,teaching methods and teaching preparation.At the same time,students' learning foundation,learning interest and classroom performance,and the presentation of teaching materials are the other factors affecting.Classroom observation shows that the proportion of teachers using multimedia and other information technology in 60 classes is 48.33%.Teachers generally use 7 main teaching methods,among which teaching method,conversation method and practice method are the most frequently used.Starting from every minute,the time records of teachers' classroom teaching behaviors are divided into five categories: the time to introduce new lessons accounts for 6%,the time to teach new lessons accounts for 48%,the time to guide them accounts for 37%,the time to summarize for 4%,and the rest of the time accounts for 5%.Students' behavior in class was divided into four categories,with 31% of the time spent fully observing and listening,30% of time spent interacting,37% of time spent reading,thinking,practicing and taking notes,and 2% of the rest.Combined with questionnaires and classroom observation,the junior middle school teachers' classroom teaching time management have the main problems that the time in junior middle school teachers in the classroom teaching process is not reasonable,the selection of teaching methods need to strengthen,junior middle school teachers' have difficulty integrating information technology into the classroom,junior middle school teachers' is a lack of strategy support for classroom teaching time management.The reasons are that the teachers' teaching preparation is flawed,the teaching method is monotonous,the information technology literacy is not enough,and the time management theory literacy is weak,which makes the classroom teaching time cannot be used efficiently.Through the analysis of the survey results,the author thinks that junior middle school teachers' classroom management can be optimized from four aspects.The first thing is that the teacher need to balance the preparing work.Paying more attention to long-term plan and short-term plan.They need to know that "What to teach" is as important as "how to teach".Combined with their own experiences with others,Being a planned classroom time manager.Secondly,it is necessary to integrate teaching methods with reusing the conversation method,skillfully using the teaching method,and making use of the studentoriented teaching method.The teachers need to stimulate students' learning motivation and interest,which be a high efficiency classroom teaching time manager.Thirdly,we should be good at learning,integrate information technology into the classroom,and make information technology serve for teaching,so as to improve teachers' information technology literacy.Through integrating new educational technology with the classroom,be an innovative and efficient classroom teaching time manager.Finally,teachers should be diligent in learning the theoretical knowledge of time management,constantly refine the classroom time management skills,and repeatedly practice the classroom time management process,and be a conscious classroom teaching time manager.
