The moral education is the most important constituent in the school edition. Presently, our country universities moral education reform although has made the considerable progress, but still has the certain problem in the practice. For instance, again instills into, neglect emotion exchange and thought morals practice, takes exterior restraint, contempt innermost education, neglects raising the student morals study experience ability , and so on. These questions universal existences cause the current universities moral education actual effect to be low.In the new historical period, the universities moral education is facing the new situation, the new question and the new duty, which needs carries on the innovation in the theory and the practice, enhances the universities moral education actual effect by this. The experience moral education is paid much attention to objective according to the realistic environment at the historic moment, and becomes the new task of moral education research, becomes the hot spot day by day.The moral education validity manifests for the unification of student morals knowledge and morals behavior, manifests the student individual morals emotion produces with the sublimation, and sincere comprehension of morals existence significance in social practice. Therefore, the key to enhance the student moral education valid is to awaken student's experience in the moral education process, and promotes its deepening. First part of the article elaborated that experience moral education is self-examination and development of traditional universities moral education , is the development request of universities moral education, is innovation of the universities moral education innovation.
