Research On Countermeasures Of Onsummation Higher Education Industry

As a specific industry, Higher Education belongs to Tertiary Industry. It directly results from economic growth, and represents the economic benefits and socioeconomic performance. HEID meets the requirements of Higher Education Reform. It is also considered as the indispensable process to satisfy the increasing demands for Higher Education, and to realize the education popularization. HEID is of great help to ease the lack of education investment and to speed up the Higher Education Reform. Therefore, Education Industry Development, especially for Higher Education, should be treated as the key points of current Education Reform.Firstly, concluding and explaining some related theories on Higher Education Industry, analyzing its characteristics and its features, in this paper, the author manages to prove the feasibility of HEID, respectively from the social and the economic perspectives. Then it will help to establish the foundation of the strategically study for HEID.Secondly, this paper puts forward some constructive suggestions for the essential problems in the process of HEID. They are mainly listed as following: Concept limit—to change the old concept, and to rebuild the new concept of HEID; Structure Limit—to shift the government function and to enable the Higher Education Institutes to enjoy more autonomy of inner management; Investment Limit—to vary the resource of education investments, to broaden the financing channels, and to raise the efficiency of funds utilization; Talent Limit—to perfect the labor exchange market, and to establish the motivation-oriented evaluation system for teachers; Market Limit—to create a clean competition atmosphere for improvement of education market.Higher Education ought to be viewed as an industry to develop.
