Research On Countermeasures To The Development Of Higher Education Service Industry In Jilin Province

It is known that Jilin Province has the good name the big educational province. Not only can the development of education bring up the excellent persons and improve the diathesis of labors, but also can drive the progress of the correlative industry and the increase of economy. In this paper the countermeasures to the development of higher education service industry in Jilin Province are studied preliminarily based on the relevant theories and existing practical experiences.Firstly the basic concepts and related theories with respect to higher education services industry are described. Then the analysis about the necessity of developing higher education service industry in Jilin Province is made on the basis of current situations and problems in domestic and international higher education service industry. Secondly questionnaires are used to analyze the satisfaction of the province's colleges and universities with higher education services industry. And on the basis of input-output mode, the contributions to short-term economic growth caused by higher education in Jilin are measured. Meanwhile the model choices of the province's higher education service industry are analyzed accordingly. Lastly certain countermeasures to the development of higher education service industry in Jilin Province are proposed.
