The highlights of inter-subjectivity theory is the inevitable logic of philosophy' own development and the inevitable result of human practice'development as well. And focus on human development and improvement is the starting point and end result of our ideological and political education. As a research field of ideological and political education, the one of colleges is a mutual communication and mutual understanding process between the main elements such as teachers and students, in which final consensus contacts are achieved by active, democratic and creative talk and participation. The theoretical guidance of Marxism communicative practice theory has laid solid theoretical foundation for us to apply inter-subjectivity theory in re-examining many problems appeared in ideological and political education of colleges and in converting traditional tool-oriented educational philosophy into human-oriented educational philosophy. Therefore, it is of critical practice value to reexamine the theoretical study and practical application of college ideological and political education with inter-subjectivity theory and form a new set of research system, which are not only a theoretical innovation but also practical innovation and development for ideological and political education of colleges.The first chapter analyzes the theory development from subjectivity to inter-subjectivity, with the theory paradigm as the main point and real society development as revelation of its theoretical dimension and appearance features. The second chapter mainly describes the theoretical dimension of college educational model sprung from inter-subjectivity theory, It points out that this model is formed and systemized by practicing inter-subjectivity theory in the process of ideological and political education. The third chapter mainly describes the model construction of inter-subjectivity ideological and political education with college ideological and political education as research themes. It points out the forming necessity and construction significance of this model and deeply explores its theoretical content, and thus opens a horizon of the relationship between college teachers and students. The fourth chapter mainly discusses the practical path that inter-subjectivity has employed in the process of ideological and political education of colleges. It mainly analyses the theory transition of ideological and political education of colleges supported by the theoretical perspectives of inter-subjectivity theory, which is fully guided by the combination of Marxism communicative practice theory and the real situation in colleges, and at last proposes the practical path of constructing college model of ideological and political education.
