Compared with other kinds of teachers in schools, urban middle school teachers seem to undertake more pressure in recent working and living conditions. The pressure comes from the living environment, life styles and life steps, as well as the inappropriate measures which schools carried out under the tension of entering a higher school. Long time without release of the pressure, a large number of teachers have serious psychological health problems, which inevitably damage the psychological health of their students as well as their own way of living. A general description on the middle school teacher's psychological health condition and an analysis on main factors are described in this article. According to author, it is caused by many factors such as conflicts between urban condition and teacher's sense of value, between school management and human-oriented demand, and between teacher's tension and endurance. It emphasizes some management strategies for schools, that is through establishing opening school culture, building up human-oriented management concept, encouraging creative teaching activities, forming human-oriented system, promoting multi-judges from teachers and culture leisure activities, carrying out regular psychological tutoring, creating harmonious atmosphere, to realize the essential improvement of psychological health condition of urban middle school teachers.
