Nowadays, educational narratives & researches are being ardently discussed by teachers and researchers. Additionally, due to the convenience of network and the widespread of diversely social software, it is a common phenomenon for people to describe educational narratives and research into educational narratives on a Blog, which has become dominant network platform and tool of educational narratives.However, from enormous literature about educational narratives, the term of critical reflection is hardly mentioned, and educational narratives depicted by teachers from everywhere almost limited to the level of common reflection so that the research of educational narratives is appearing "tableland phenomenon", even less the stagnancy. Consequently, I think it is urgent that the common reflection should be pushed to the higher level—critical reflection, advocating the method of educational narratives with critical reflection.First chapter in this paper introduces the background and the meaning of this research; it also summarizes the relative literature. The following chapter starts with the background, definition, characteristic and pattern of educational narratives, hoping to present the possible panorama of current educational narratives. The third chapter is gradually described from reflection to critical reflection, at last introduces the teachers with critical reflection. The forth chapter discusses several methods of educational narratives with critical reflection from four dimensionalities of teachers selves, students, confrere and theoretic literature. Additional they are attached some cases with reasonable analysis. Further more, the last chapter is analyzed some essential factors of educational narratives with critical reflection.This paper fully takes literature analysis in order to present the possible panorama of current educational narratives. Furthermore, through wearing the "glasses" of "critical reflection", it tries to probe the implication of teachers' educational narratives so that the real connotation understanding of educational narratives can be theoretically upgraded. Meanwhile, in this paper the author use the case analysis, and take the general and reasonable analysis about the cautiously selected cases.
