Empirical Study On Motivation Model Of The Skilled Talents

The article researches the need structure of the skilled talents generally, probing into the need factors of the skilled talents, analyzing the hierarchy and significance of the needs. Furthermore, it put forward the available mode for motivating the skilled talents based on the need structure of the skilled talents.It is employed on the research the self-made questionnaire on the Characteristics of Needs, the contents of which is compiled based on the results of the qualitative analysis such as theoretical studies and interview investigation, the purpose of which is to probe into the Characteristics of Needs and the needs-satisfaction-status of the skilled talents, to make quantitative analysis about and confirm the need factors of the skilled talents. The statistic tools the research used include SPSS13.0 and LISREL8.50.The result of the research shows that the needs of the skilled talents fall into five classes, that is, The Basic Needs, The Love and Communication Needs, The Esteem Needs, The Need for Self-Actualization and Growth, the Work-Oriented Needs. The sort descending by priority on need hierarchy with expectation is The Basic Needs, The Need for Self-Actualization and Growth, The Esteem Needs, The Love and Communication Needs, The Work-Oriented needs. Meantime, it is found that there is different between the needs-satisfaction-status of the skilled talents, The Love and Communication Needs satisfaction-status is better than others, then The Need for Self-Actualization and Growth is the second, The Work-Oriented Needs is the third, the degree of which are more than general; The Basic Needs satisfaction-status is the worst than The Esteem Needs satisfaction-status, the degree of which are less than general. Compared with the degree of the needs satisfaction-status and the needs expectation, the signification of the needs of the skilled talents is made, the sort descending by priority with which is The Basic Needs, The Esteem Needs, The Need for Self-Actualization and Growth, The Work-Oriented needs, The Love and Communication Needs.
