[Content] It is a new research subject yet having great potentialities and also a challenge for education reform to do some research on application of Multimedia technique to biology class instruction in junior school. In the field of biology instruction in junior school, I fully make use of other biology teachers' experience and lessons that they got from using Multimedia as teaching method. I manage to enhance theories research and also fully understand characteristic and its education special features of the Multimedia technique, so that I can betterly make use of Multimedia technique to help biology instruction.This research shows the experience and the problems still existing got from application Multimedia to biology teaching process. And further seeks modern instruction ways and methods that are suit for the character of biology teaching and teaching request, and look for the best way to correspond to traditional teaching mode. So that we can develop the function of Multimedia technique well, and continuously extend the application study realm of the Multimedia technique. Studies indicate that application of multi-media technique will cause an active and deep influence to the transformation of biology education in junior school.This study bases on teaching and studying theories of constructivism, adopting the methods of literature and individual cases analysis etc; and emphasize to inquiry into how village high school can use Multimedia to Proceed classroom teaching, the practice teaching and other instruction activities. Try to makes use of the advantages of Multimedia and overcome its disadvantages and limitation, since different instruction program has different character and request. So that we can attain the aim of optimize the teaching process and make the instruction effect better.It is the breach of transformation of biology reform in junior school and the main studying direction of current domestic and international junior high school biology education to apply Multimedia to biology teaching, it will exert a tremendous influence in exploring and finding the instruction mode that is suit to the teaching requirement in junior school.
