The Research About The Middle And Primary School Teacher's Further Education In The Central District Of Chongqing

With the practice of PE and health curriculum in middle schools and primary schools, PE teachers should change their conceptions and enhance their self makings to adapt to the reform of PE and assure the effects of reform. Further education is one of the most efficient ways to improve the making of PE teachers.In the subject, we deal with the situation of further education of the PE teachers of middle schools and primary schools in district of original Chongqing city. First, we analyzed the background of further education .Then we gathered, compared and analyzed the information of the character of foreign PE teachers'further education, and training models, situations and tendencies of domestic PE teachers'further education. After dealing with the current situation and problems of PE teachers'further education in original Chongqing city, we had some opinions and proposals about these problems.The conclusions suggested that although there have been a distinct progress in PE teachers'further education, such as rising of education standard and further education ratio, but there are also some problems, such as insufficient conception about further education, scarce finance, the imprecise evaluation system. All of those problems have blocked the development of further education. Respecting the current situation, some proposals have been introduced in this paper.Those include building up life long education conception and upgrading opinions about education, and increasing the pertinence, applicability, innovation, and academic enrichment, inspiring PE teachers'further education enthusiasm by inspiring mechanism, constructing different training and related model with diversification and difference, constructing the expert library of further education, and logical evaluating system, forming an opening education net, solving the conflict between work and study, instituting three-stage finance ensuring mechanism of country, schools and teachers.
