In today's society,it has become a consensus that the teacher has the dual identity of educators and learners.Especially as a learner,teachers should through continuous learning,update the knowledge structure,maintain the advanced nature of the knowledge,promote their professional development,do lifelong learning practitioners and fugleman.Whether it is the time background of lifelong learning,or the development of educational theory and practice,teachers are required to do lifelong learning.In this study,firstly on the basis of carding the historical documents,the questionnaire method is used to investigate the current situation of the teachers' lifelong learning in basic education.Secondly,this paper summarizes the main problems existing in the process of teachers'lifelong learning.Finally,this paper puts forward the corresponding suggestions and strategies from three aspects:teachers,schools and government.This paper consists of five parts,which are list as follows.The 1st part is Instruction.Based on the research issue,it is concluded that our lifelong learning has been carried out for a long time under the international background of lifelong education and lifelong learning,and its status quo can be seen from the present situation of lifelong learning of this group of basic education teachers.Then it has reviewed the existing research of lifelong learning,collated and analyzed the existing research results and found the shortcomings and problems,which reflected the value of the study.The 2nd part is Elaboration about the basic education teacher's lifelong learning theory.It mainly includes the definition of the basic concepts involved in the paper and the theoretical basis of the basic education teachers' lifelong learning.The 3rd part is mainly about the investigation of present situation of basic education teachers' lifelong learning.It mainly includes two aspects:design and implementation of the survey,the results and analysis of the questionnaire survey.The 4th part in combination with the results of the investigation focuses on the main problems of basic education teachers' lifelong learning.The 5th part mainly elaborates the coping strategies and thinking about the lifelong learning of the basic education teachers,so as to provide some guidance and reference for the lifelong learning of the basic education teachers.
