Discussion Of Cooperative Learning In English Class At Primary School

Cooperative learning is one of the most important learning methods and strategies that the New Curriculum Reform in Basic Education advocates, and how to organize students to adopt cooperative learning is one of the most heating topics that the middle and primary schools concerned currently. Therefore, the standing point of this thesis aims to: the application of cooperative learning in English teaching at primary schools. We have applied cooperative learning into classroom from 90s last century, but not all teachers who practice cooperative learning can comprehend its essence or apply it into classroom properly, simultaneously, not all students benefit a lot from it. Accordingly, the research aiming is to foster the cooperative spirit among students so as to meet the requirement of the long-life development in the future. The clue for my thesis is to systematically introduce cooperative learning, and then make readers understood the application of cooperative learning in English classes at primary school through current situation research and practical experiment.The thesis is developed upon the base of collecting relevant paper works at home and abroad, and fully absorb others excellent achievement.
