The Study On School Leisure Education

In recent years, we pay more attention to the subject of schoolleisure education, especially about the elementary and middle school students; it surely becomes to be a hot topic. On the one hand, along with the deep development of the quality education, the development of the student's good personality in free way becomes the focal point. On the other hand, the time our students studying at school decays to 190 days below, has accounted for 52% in the whole year. That is because we have 5-work day since May 1st in the 1995 and we enjoy the policy of the "JIANFU"~1 in the K-12 education. Hence, the leisure time the students have surely increases. It has provided the possibility for the development of the student's good personality in free way. Meantime, the elementary and middle schools are the key role to promote the cause, which helps students improve their leisure values and the leisure skills. Therefore, the subject of the school leisure education in the K-12 education is being discussed.This paper composes of seven parts as following:The first is introduction. In this part, the paper addresses the background, foreign and domestic study. As the school leisure education study just starts up in China, the introduction puts emphases on the foreign studies in this area.The second part is summarization of leisure, leisure education and school leisure education. In this part, I analyze and sum up the definitions of leisure, leisure education and school leisure education, and aim to get better understanding of school leisure education and pay more attention to the student's all-round development.The third part is on the values of school leisure education. This part is analyzing three aspects: to analyze the fact that the present situation did not favor the students' free development; to analyze the significance of leisure education to the all-round development of the student individually and the student community; the school leisure education enriches the content of quality education in China.The fourth part is on the aim of school leisure education. This part is analyzing two aspects: to analyze the core viewpoint of the school leisure education goal; to introduce and evaluate the curriculum goal of Israeli school leisure education.
