Based on the theories of social capital and using the methods of social network analysis I study on the social capital and community life of the new-citizens from different perspectives. By analyzing the data obtained through case study and questionnaire survey I notice that social capitals play an important role for the new-citizens to achieve their current economic status. They usually get their first job with the help of former social capitals and the new social capitals they get in the cities are not beneficial for them to get integrated in the urban communities. Their community lives are mainly the social interaction in homogeneity groups. Because of the opposition between the rural and urban areas, they do not trust the cities and the citizens and reject the ideas that they belong to them. They seldom communicate with the citizens and have not been fully integrated into the urban communities.
