1.Objective:The thesis aims at Approaching to observe the changes of blood pressure , cardiovascular regulating factor which is from SHR and WKY chronic Long-term moderate-exercise training in treadmill. We discussed the effects of training on vascular endothelium, the mechanisms of Hypertension kinesiotherapy.2. Method:Choose 18 Spontaneously hypertensive rat and Wistar Kyoto rat is the experimental animal, needs to divided into respectively exercising group (n=10) and control group (n=8). exercising group process 10 week 60min runs the running, after 10 weeks surveys its blood pressure, the body weight together with the control group, takes the venous blood and the part organization uses the emission immunity law determination ET - 1, ANG II and NO.3. Result:3.1 Avoirdupois: Avoirdupois of rat is not remarkable difference. through 10 weeks movements, SHR and the WKY exercising group and the control group compare the avoirdupois to have the significance to drop.3.2 Blood pressure: Blood pressure of SHR is obvious higher than WKY before training. After training, blood pressure of SHR exercising group .3.3 ET - 1: After training, WKY exercising group and in the control group big mouse's blood plasma and the heart, the kidney, the aorta thoracicalis ET-1 content has the ascension, but does not have the significance difference.But SHR exercising group and control group compares of the blood plasma, the heart, the kidney and the blood vessel ET-1 content has the significance to reduce, but reduces the scope to be different.After 10 weeks, WKY control group's blood plasma, the heart, the kidney and the artery blood vessel ET-1 content is lower than SHR control group , but the degree is different. But SHR exercising group's blood plasma, the kidney and the artery blood vessel ET-1 content contrasts the WKY exercising group to have the drop tendency, non-significance difference; The heart ET-1 content significance reduces.3.4 ANG II : After training, WKY exercising group and the control group compared in blood plasma, kidney, aorta thoracicalis ANG II ;The content has the ascension tendency, non-significance difference; Heart ANG II Content obvious ascension. But SHR exercising group and the control group comparered in blood plasma, heart, kidney and aorta thoracicalis blood vessel ANG II ;The content has the significance to reduce, but reduces the degree to be different.After 10 weeks, WKY control group's blood plasma, the heart, the kidney and the artery blood vessel ANG II content all obviously is lower than SHR control group. But SHR exercising group' sartery blood vessel, the heart and the kidney ANG II content is lower than WKY exercising group, does not have the difference; ANG II in blood plasma content is higher than WKY exercising group, does not have the difference.3.5 NO: Control group SHR NO and WKY compares the not remarkable differene, exercising group SHR NO is lower than WKY .Regardless of is SHR or WKY, its exercising group NO is higher than the control group, but WKY exercising group advances obviously compared to the control group. 4.Conclusion:4.1 The chronic Long-term moderate-exercise training could reduces SHR 's b avoirdupois and the blood pressure obviously.4.2 The chronic Long-term moderate-exercise training to the SHR blood plasma, the aorta thoracicalis, the heart and the kidney endothelin -1 and the b angiotensin II secretion has the obvious decline function, prompts has training to fall to the Spontaneously hypertensive rat presses the function to endothelin -1 and angiotensin II production and releases through the influence bast element realizes.4.3 The chronic Long-term moderate-exercise training to have obviously to SHR NO s surrenders to the state the function, prompts passes through long-term has training to be allowed to enhance SHR to have NO ability.
