The compulsory education mathematics new course from the day of establishment to now, causes the controversy in mathematics field and mathematics educational; circles in the principle, structure and implement etc. The core principle of the course standard is that the content of course should acquaint with the students' live, the students' mathematics experience , the teaching process derivate mathematics problem via the concrete problem , emphasizing the process of resolving mathematics problem and pay attention to this process. Try hard to carry out that everyone learns mathematics, everyone learns useful mathematics, different person gets different development on mathematics. On the structure, broke traditional mathematics knowledge system , instead of count and algebra, space and graph, rate and statistics, comprehension and appliance, pass four pieces of contents' permeation mutually, reflecting the contact on a higher layer in whole and unity on mathematics' realm, mathematics and nature, mathematics and society, mathematics and science. But the academician Jiang boju etc. thinks that the course principle is impractical, the course structure is lax and jumps up, the new course under-estimate the students' apprehension, the student ask why slightly, will wait for next circulation of" spiral rising", have brought the tremendous difficulty in teaching. In the process of the new course carries out , the teacher Gudan of No. 4 middle school in Beijing thought that lots of changes just for letting student like-but emphasizing to" like", letting student activity but" activity", letting student participate but" participate", make very busy, but the students donot know what mathematics is in the end.The race region is fall behind relatively whether on the economy and conception . In order to ravel whether the design and the implement principles of the compulsory education mathematics course standard are real or not to be comprehended and carried through by teachers; Whether the realistic condition suits the implement of the new course ;Whether current evaluation system suit the expansion of the new course ;The new course emphasizes the student's activity, whether weak traditional foundations knowledges and basic technical ability and find out the teachers' opinions in the race region in the compulsory education mathematics course standard and teaching material design, we decides to do a more thorough inquisition study in stone forest autonomy County of Kunming City .From the questionnaire to 32 mathematics teachers and 229 students of half village schools in stone forest autonomy County, the classroom observation to 8 teachers, the personal interview to 3 teachers and the test of all above-mentioned students, we can see that the main direction of the course reform must insist:The new course principle is already initial to be accept by the teachers; New course is powerful to train the students'study positivity, the consciousness of cooperation and creation .The shortage is that the teachers exist the difference between principle and implements, realistic material condition and teacher's levelseses obstruct the compulsory education mathematics new course's implement, new course' s implement have to weaken the traditional foundation knowledge and basic technical ability. Finally, this paper combines the mathematics education new course principle to probe into the race region's education , and combine the present condition 's part reason, to do some discussions in mathematics teacher's profession and teacher education .
