Study On The Current Situation Of High Level Collegial Sports Teams In Inner Mongolia And Its Developing Strategy

At present, the training mode of Chinese athletic talents have been changing. Instead of"Government Management Mode", the multi-training modes are forming. From 1987, Chinese college and university has established high level sports team, which is important strategy of developing multi-level, multi-training athletic reserve talent, this strategy is also trend and requirement of China's athletic system's reform.China has run college high-level sports team for 20 years. There are 235 colleges and universities developing high level sports. However, some of them awarded better achievement, most of them are lingering at non-professional level. Four schools has run high-level sports team in Inner Mongolia, but the team scale is not large, athletic level is not high, or managing system is not sound enough .To compare with their counterpart in China, There are wide gap in it .Therefore, how to improve Inner Mongolia's college high-level sports, how to push forward college and universities` high level sports team and how to improve entire standard of college athletics are becoming important topic.In this thesis, author mainly uses the method of investigation, literature study, statistics and logic inference, etc. Author interviewed supervisors, athletes and coaches in four colleges and universities in Inner Mongolia. Through discussion, also objectively analyzed the factors of athletes, coach, management, locating goal, insufficient fund, uniting academics with real training and athletical system. study and analysis eventually the author draw the strategies as follow: (1) locating the goal, emphasis on"characteristics";(2) establishing perfect management system of college high level sports team ;(3) Establishing solid high level coach team; (4) Solve"academic-train uniting"conflict properly; (5) broaden recruiting treasury speed up socialization and industrialization; (6) Perfecting athlentical management system , and then conceiving the idea of"All-Round Mode"and"Club Mode"for the rapid developing college high level sports team, eventually, using for reference for development of college high-level sports team of Inner Mongolia.
