The paper analysed the state of mental health in study of T&V students (higher technical and vocational students), examing the relationships among their learning self-efficacy, learning strategy,test anxiety and acadamic achievement . This research consists of two parts . The first part is to revise the scales—the learning self-efficacy scale,the learning strategy scale and the test anxiety scale .After implementing pretest ,the author adjusted questionaires on the basis of analyzing items and preliminary factors.Then the final questionaires came out with high reliability and validity.In the second part,the paper analysed and discussed the relationships among the learning self-efficacy, the learning strategy,the test anxiety and the acadamic achievement .The result revealed that the learning self-efficacy, the learning strategy and the test anxiety had direct effect on the acadamic achievement.The learning self-efficacy learning strategy can also impact the acadamic achievement indirectly through its influence. Further comparison among college students indicated that the learning self-efficacy and the learning strategy level of T&V students was lower than the other normal college students while their test anxiety level was higher.
