The teacher's authority and student's autonomic development are the basic factors which successfully to ensure the activity of teaching and learning ,to enhance the quality of education, both of them influence and promote each other,but if the teacher's authority cannot be performed rationally,it can baffle student's autonomic development and result in contradiction and confliction in the realistic education.This paper explains the conception of the teacher's authority and student's autonomic development firstly, and analysed the teacher's authority and student's autonomic development from two dimensionalities, realistic state and idealistic state. The realistic state includes: The powerful authority leads to"order—obedience"between teachers and students , authoritiless leads to"vanity---despise"between teachers and students; The different adaption shape of teachers to authority influences students'automatic development ---conservative adaption blocks the form of students'inherence motivation of their automatic development , passive adaption misleads the direction of students'automatic development, active adaption helps to students'automatic development. Idealistic state includes: the specialty of reasonable authority of teachers',inscape and style; the analyse of the necessity of teachers'authority helped to students'automatic development ----consciousness interiorization,self-fulfillment dynamical selectivity,personality shape and the require of all right development environment;Students'automatic development helps to the reasonable costruction of teachers'authority .In the end ,advanced the strategy of the symbiosis of teachers'authority and students'automatic development: set up self-determination classroom, osculate the teacher and students company; develop delamination teaching, promote personality development; set knowledge authority, advance selfish-realization; display personality authority ,shape healthy personality; pursue life aim, sublimation being value.
