With the coming of knowledge-based economy time, knowledge management not only gradually becomes the hot topic to which the enterprises pay attention, also gradually becomes a new way promotes teachers′professional development. Basing on the development of teachers′professional knowledge, this article mainly takes the knowledge management to share and innovate teachers′knowledge as an objective point, researches the strategy for the teachers′professional development in the view of knowledge management.Basing on introducing researcher on knowledge management and teachers′professional development at present in domestic and foreign, this article has explained the connotation of knowledge management and teachers′professional development, proved the necessity and feasibility of knowledge management promoting teachers′professional development, and has emphatically analyzed the function of knowledge management, pointed out that knowledge management impelled the increment and innovation of teachers′knowledge through helping the teacher share explicit knowledge,promoting the teacher to get specialized faith and enhance specialized skill. Moreover, this article has studied the strategy of the teachers′professional development in the view of knowledge management. The strategy includes two sides: from the teacher organization's stratification plane, establishing knowledge management organization environment, optimizing the teacher organizational structure, consummating the related system of knowledge management, constructing the support system of knowledge management by the information technology; from the teacher individual stratification plane, understanding the ideas of knowledge management and teachers′professional development, grasping the methods and skills of knowledge management, reconsidering teaching knowledge, doing narrative research based on the knowledge management.
