The mathematics teaching and learning are the act between the teacher and the students. It regards the teaching materials as the intermediary and let students get knowledge, skill, and ability and develop personality and form good learning attitude through the teacher's teaching and the students' learning. Exactly, the goal of the mathematics education comes true by the students and the students' activity. In the mathematics teaching and learning, the students are the main body. When the materials, the artifices and methods are consonant with the students' learning, they will elaborate efficiency and result effect. So, in the mathematics education, the research of the mathematics learning is regarded as the base. As the mathematics teachers, we shouldn't be divorced from the students' mathematics learning during mathematics teaching and research. The article discuss six aspects content closely mathematics learning.The definitions about mathematics learning have two. The one is a metabolic develop course that the students' mathematical acknowledge structures have changed. The other is a course that students have obtained mathematical knowledge, skill and ability through a mathematics teacher's guide.The theory of learning is a theory about essence, course, mechanism, condition and factor in learning. The theory of mathematics learning has developed from actlism to epistemology. Constructionism is developing from epistemology. Constructionism is a guider to mathematics learning. In mathematics teaching, we should look at mathematics in eyes of Constructionism, emphasize that math learning is a building course. We must give prominence to affect of learner. We should pay close attention to the activity between the teacher and the students, when we pay close attention to themselves characteristic.Mathematics learning and the factors of non-mentality close together. We must pay lose attention to the factors of non-mentality, when we pay close attention to students'mathematics learning. It can push and encourage and adjust students' mathematics learning for developing of mathematics learning active. It develops during the mathematics learning active and chances to power directional mathematics learning.Mathematical methodology has large affect in mathematics teaching. It can't only offer a effective tool for advancing mathematics teaching's quality, but also can help students learning thinking mathematically. Those methods are easily ignored such as mathematical guess, psychological method about mathematical creation, mathematical model, mathematical test etc. They can help students to train their thinking about innovate.Mathematics teacher and mathematics learning close together. Mathematics teachers of creativity can not only arouse students' interest about mathematics learning but also can bring up creative students. The creativity of mathematics teacher will effect students' mathematics learning.Mathematics learning changes close to them along with developing of information technology. Both classroom learning and learning after school need make use of computer. We should avoid its reversed influence.Mathematics education and the research of mathematics education are all my life work. Mathematics learning of students is my careful central point. The research of mathematics learning is a large project. I will constantly make great efforts to make it mightiness.
