This article is written on the basis of the theories on curriculum evaluation in the books of The Compendium of National Fundamental The Criterion of Junior and Primary School Chinese Language Teaching, and other theories and experiments on the reform of the new curriculum and new classroom teaching evaluation. As the range of teaching assessment is very broad, this article lays particular emphasis on classroom teaching evaluation, and the ways and trends for the evaluation of students' study situation.. It also concerns with the lessons opened in new curriculum of Chinese language teaching, such as handwriting, reading, composition, spoken communication and so on. It also briefly analyses the teaching effect on Chinese language teaching.The content of this article includes the evaluation on the present fundamental education condition in our country, the idea of teaching assessment on new curriculum, and classroom teaching for developing. It also analyses the proposals on new curriculum assessment for Chinese language teaching, new theories and ways for Chinese teaching assessment. On the guidance of basic theory that theoretical research must be put into practice. I spend about two year's time doing the research work. And I pose the following theories: More Emphasis shouldbe put on the study and experiments of forming evaluation than in evaluation. In classroom teaching evaluation, we should pay more attention to the students' status. In reference to the practice of Chinese language teaching and teaching assessment theories in Wushen Banner, I posed the evaluation ways for new curriculum in Wushen Banner, a remote national minority area. And I made a lot of experiments. The experiments put emphasis on the evaluation of Chinese language teaching and classroom teaching evaluation on new curriculum theories.
