During the innovation course of the new lesson, the purpose of Chinese course is designed according to three aspects, namely knowledge and capability, process and method, emotion and value. The purpose of these three aspects is to promote the completely harmonious development of character of each student; these three aspects form a complete part of improving Chinese equipment of each student. These three aspects are concluded in one process and students can know how to learn Chinese and how to develop capability in order to cultivate active attitude and positive value. The practice of language application based on students is the way of realizing these three aspects, because the language practice is based on students, which contains the combination of result and process, recognition and emotion. We should organize the teaching on the basis of language practice. Students must take part in the teaching positively and effectively. The way of thinking to motivate the interest of taking part in the teaching includes: first, create the situation of learning Chinese and help students perceive the language; secondly, guide students to explore the knowledge positively by problem-learning; thirdly, adopt the cooperation way of learning and increase the level of interaction and communication. The teaching purpose is the beginning of teachingactivities, and the three aspects represent the direction and guidance of teaching; the evaluation of these three aspects form the main part of teaching activity, and during the teaching practice, it can help direct, motivate and adjust students to learn Chinese. To realize these aspects, we have to master three points: the specification of realizing the purpose of the three aspects; the way of realizing the purpose of the three aspects—practice of the language; evaluation of the purpose of the three aspects. Only by finishing these points well, can we realize the purpose of these three aspects in the teaching process.
