Zhu Ziqing is the pioneer of contemporary Chinese education who has made great contributions theoretically and practically.Besides the outstanding accomplishment in modern Chinese language education history,Zhu Ziqing also has high status.Based on his teaching practices,he has some unique views on Chinese education system and his studies associated with all aspects of the language education.The study of Zhu Ziqing's thought on Chinese language education is not only has the pioneering significance at that time,but also has the important enlightenment in the education unceasing innovation today.The main body of the thesis contains four chapters.Chapter one,we discussion the development process of Zhu Ziqing's thought on Chinese language education.There has a clear description of the evolution about his educational core concept.Chapter two,we point out cultivating and perfecting personality is the core of Zhu Ziqing's educational thought,and found it's different from the predecessors and realize it's unique.Chapter three,we discuss subject purpose theory as the fundamental aim of Zhu Ziqing's Chinese education concept,what relationship between subject purpose theory and personality education theory.At the same time find its value and significance of Chinese subjects.There is a detailed discussion of the ability to read,think and perform which application in teaching practice.Chapter two and Chapter three are the focus of this paper.Chapter four explores the contemporary significance of Zhu Ziqing's Chinese educational thought,including three areas: educational ideas,teachers and textbooks.There are two main parts of Zhu Ziqing's views on Chinese language education.First of all,cultivating and perfecting personality regard as the core of Chinese subject educations which explain the educational idea of “man”.Next,as the fundamental purpose the objective of Chinese subject is development thought and emotion.They are the specific Chinese education idea and the practical plan of his thought.All kinds of views about Zhu Ziqing are based on the above two points.These thesis attempts to probe into the true complexity of Zhu Ziqing's concept of “personality education”,the uniqueness of the Chinese subject in “The concept of subject purpose”,and the real relationship between the two theory.Reveal and clarify the complexity of Zhu Ziqing's view of Chinese education on the basis of thepredecessor.
